Ingredients
- 3 bananas, ripe
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons apple butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Drop by teaspoons onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-20 minutes until browned.
- Remove and let cool for at least 10 minutes.
